Cadence Panel Intensive

Six weeks. One leadership circle. We do not install OKR software, and we will not facilitate a town hall disguised as a review.

Learning outcomes

By week six the circle can run a timed review from a written script, name a steward for every remaining tile, and explain which metrics were retired and why. Participants will also be able to refuse a new corporate export that would reopen the packet without a decision attached.

Informational fee: the Cadence Compact (NT$186,000) covers this intensive plus six shadow weeks. The intensive alone is quoted after we see headcount; it is never sold through a cart on this site.

Modules

  1. Silent sitting. We attend your current review. No slides from us. Notes only.
  2. Inventory. Every chart, field, and verbal “we also look at…” is listed with its last proven decision.
  3. Strip. Tiles that never altered a plan leave the panel. Arguments are written, not smoothed.
  4. Source freeze. One definition per remaining measure. Dual versions are treated as two tiles or as none.
  5. Script. The chair’s questions, in order, with a clock. Guests answer; they do not tour the dashboard.
  6. Attended runs. Two sittings with us in the room, then a plan for the first week we are absent.

Instructor

Lin Shu-chen designed reviews for a Kaohsiung electronics group before opening Panel RouteHub. She still prefers a paper packet in week one; screens come later. She will not join a program as a “motivational speaker.”

Questions we actually get

Can we keep our existing BI tool?

Yes. The intensive is agnostic. We often leave a bulky export in finance and keep a thinner panel for the hour that decides overtime, capacity, or clinic slots.

What if the sponsor cannot attend?

We stop. Circles without a named executive who sits every week stall after week three; we have watched it enough times that it is a hard gate, not a preference.

Do you work only in manufacturing?

No. Clinics, forwarding desks, and multi-site retailers have used the same sequence. The limitation is a live recurring review, not a sector.

Is there a refund if we dislike the thinner panel?

Taste is not a defect. See refund terms for timing, partials, and what we will not refund (completed sittings, travel already booked).

The script module was the only part my directors would quote later. Inventory felt slow. I still think week two could be shorter. After week five our Thursday stopped reopening last quarter’s yield story.

★★★★☆

Intensive, remote hybrid. Lin would not let us add a “people” tile without a steward. That argument took an extra session. The panel is colder and I miss some of the old colour. The hour ends.
