Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid under a written engagement letter with Panel RouteHub. Browsing this website and submitting the mock contact form does not create a payable order, so there is nothing to refund from the site itself.
Timeframe
A written cancellation sent at least ten calendar days before the first scheduled sitting of a Desk Cycle or workshop is eligible for a full refund of fees received, minus any non-refundable items below. Cancellations inside ten days are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of unused fee, unless we have already held the silent sitting.
Full versus partial
Cadence Compact: if you cancel after week two of the Intensive, weeks already delivered are billed at one-sixth of the Compact fee each and are not refunded; unused weeks may be refunded at 50%. Year on the Panel: unused months after a 30-day written notice are refunded pro rata minus the Mid-year Lab if it has already run.
Non-refundable items
Booked travel and lodging invoiced at cost, room hire in Kaohsiung, and completed sittings are not refundable. Custom printed packets already produced for your circle are not refundable.
Process
Email info@panel-routehub.digital with the engagement reference and the date you wish to stop. We confirm in writing what has been delivered and what remains. Refunds are not requested through a web cart.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds leave our account within 21 working days by the same method you paid (bank transfer in TWD unless the letter named another currency). Card processors, if used offline, add their own posting time.

Cancellation and exceptions
We may cancel a date for illness or a typhoon warning that closes Kaohsiung workplaces; in that case we reschedule or refund unused fees in full. We will not refund because you disliked a thinner panel after you asked us to strip tiles. Force majeure delays are rescheduled, not automatically refunded, unless delay exceeds 90 days.
